Ophelia KIT

This friendly beginner rug hooking kit is a 5” x 5” whimsical bird called Ophelia.  The kit includes coloured photo,  the design carefully hand drawn on linen with the straight of the grain and a border big enough to fit a 10” hoop, a Moshimer course hook, and all the wool needed to complete this project. The 100% wool is cut in #7 strips ready to use!  Included in this kit is a Rug Hooking Technique booklet. 

This booklet is very valuable and informative for a beginner rug hooker as it reviews how to properly rug hook in the traditional way.  It also includes troubleshooting and different techniques to finish rug hooking projects.  There is an option to purchase the frame if you choose to finish it in the frame as shown in the photo.

Hoop is not included in the kit.  A Morgan non-slip 9” or 10” hoop is recommended.
